From what I'm hearing as news begins to trickle out, the alleged victim was a runaway from Bronx, New York that was "working" as a teenage prostitute.
The Journal News reports the alleged victim was a 15-year-old girl and that she was reportedly beaten during the attack.
Reportedly, the charge will be third-degree rape. Under N.Y. state law, third-degree rape is classified as a person over the age of 21 that engages in a sexual act with another person under the age of 17. NYS labels 17 as the age of consent. Third-degree rape is a Class E felony under NYS law, or the least severe felony in the state.

It happens there are underage prostitution all the time man, child traficking is pretty common right now and that could be the case. DId he do it? I don't know that's a tough one to call, but what was he doing with a 16 year old girl anyways?
