Yoshihiro Akiyama defeats Alan Beltcher by split decision. This fight won fight of the night bonus and there was constant action and thefight ended in a bit of controversy as one judge scored the fight 30-27 and there was no way that Akiyama won all 3 rounds.
Dan Henderson defeats Michael Bisping by KO in the 2nd round. Henderson is known for his right hand and Bisping kept circling to the his left and Henderson caught him flush on the chin and he was out before he hit the mat. Henderson the delivered a textbook flying elbow on a defenseless Bisping before the referee stepped in
George St. Pierre defeats Thiago Alves by unanimous decison. GSP took down Alves and nullified his striking at will. GSP used vicious ground and pound to control Alves to win all 5 rounds of the fight. GSP has put himself in a position to setup a mega fight between himself and Anderson Silva but downplays its potential.
Brock Lesnar defeats Frank Mir by TKO in round 2. Lesnar used a brutal ground and pound to make Mir's face look like hamburger meat. Mir had no answer for the barrage of punches that Lesnar dropped on him. Lesnar's post fight interview was just flat out like it was scripited by the WWE. He said he was going to be drinking coors light instead of bud light (UFC's primary sponsor) because bud light dont pay him nothing. He flipped off the crowd and said he was going to drink with his friend and maybe even get on top of his wife. Straight up hillarious!!!

I saw the Akiyama match and i felt that Beltcher should have won the match.
I wish i could have stayed where i was watching the event to see the Lesnar fight cause just seeing all the coverage before he's a beast and i would have loved to see his interview and everything after the match.

Jon Fitch also won by Decision (30-27, 29-28,29-28) in a swing bout following the main event. BBall and I each went 4-1 with our picks on the main card.
Dale - I disagree I had Belcher down 2 rounds to 1 at the final bell. (Gave him the final round lost the first two)
The last thing UFC needs right now is their number one draw making a complete ass of himself while they are trying to generate mainstream attention, but that's exactly what happened last night.
Right now most of the headlines regarding UFC 100 essentially read "Brock Lesnar wins big fight, acts like an ass, proves how much of a dick he is."
For all the media personalities looking to completely slam MMA, this is gold for them.
As for Dana White calling out Lesnar's actions, well that's like the pot calling the kettle black.
Right now most people's view of the UFC is that it's the WWE if the WWE were real. This really doesn't do a whole lot to dispeal that notion.
If that's what UFC is shooting for with their image then by all means have more incidents like this, but if they aren't, well then they really need to come down hard on crap like this.
Dana White is no different than Mark Cuban...they both operate under the impression that even bad press is good press. Dana had to say something to quell the uproar that Brock's actions had started. As much as i enjoy watching Lesner fight, I dont see anyone in the division measuring up against him to shut him up like he needs.

I dont know really that Lesnar needs to shut up. I agree he went a overboard after the match, but I believe that he was fired up and excited and acted out. I believe this was still some of the WWE coming out in him.
