Anderson Silva def. Thales Leites by unanimous decision- Silva wins his 9th in row in the Octagon. This fight was absolutely horrible. Leites just wanted to pull guard the entire fight. The crowd started booing during the fight and chanted GSP. 25 minutes of my life I will not got back.
Mauricio "Shogun" Rua def Chuck Liddell by KO- Rua catches Liddell with a left hand and drops him. Shogun looked good and back to his old self. Liddell looks like he is going to hang up his gloves and retire from fighting.

No he doesnt deserve the winner of Lesnar-Mir....He has won his last 3 fights but they were hardly contenders. I think he needs to fight an upper level guy in the division first before he is considered. If I was guessing on who he is fighting next is either Shane Carwin (who KO Gabriel Gonzaga last month) or Cain Velasquez if he wins against Heath Herring in June at UFC 99 (Herring did hand Kongo his last defeat)

I echo Coach's words, Kongo should not get mir/lesnar when he faces big opponents he comes off looking brutally average (with the expection of his Crocop win) with very little versatility outside of striking.
I am a huge fan of both Carwin and Cain and I feel either of them could pose a bigger challenge to Mir/Lesnar because of their power mentality.
