As you all know John Gruden was fired as the Bucs head coach and he really hasn't done to much since the 2002 Superbowl win, but what amazed me was his relationship with the front office. John Gruden I know had problems with Al Davis, but he was having some problems with the front office and players.
The funny thing was that John Gruden was called out by former player for him Jeff Garcia, saying that he had a bad relationship with his players and front office. I was really shocked by this allegation. I knew he had a fiery personality, but I didn't think that he had a horrible realtionship with his players.
