I love the Cardinals now and what they got with Steve Breaston, Anquan Boldin, and the best reciever Larry Fitzgerald. Kurt will have his normal 300 yards passing day mostly due to the great recievers he has.

Ha you can't stop Larry Fitzgerald SG its like asking a rat to take on a lion, guess who wins the lion. I'm not saying they won't contain him but Larry will catch six or seven balls for at least 50 yards. SG lets not forget about Anquan and Steve Breaston these guys have each gained 1000 yards recieving too. Now the Caridnals are running the ball. In the regualr season they ran the ball 36% of the time, now they run the ball 52% of the time which now opens up the play action pass, which Kurt Warner can throw pretty well.

actually you can stop anyone if you really try, like New Yorks Giants Defense stopped Tom Brady in last years super bowl after going 18-0. And Kurt Warner still needs to know when the Blitz is coming with Steelers Linebackers. With the blitz is coming its going to cause mistakes getting rid of the football earlier then you want. And he can pass to Bolden and Breston but hes goin to need to watch out for the Cornerbacks and Safteys. So warner will need to be watching out for the Blitz and whos all coming, and for where the safteys Zone or if hes playing man to man. defense. and Most of the time he will need to throw the ball eariler then he will be use to. and that will cause mistakes. Like Interceptions, Pass Deflections, Sacks, Forced Fumbles, getting mauled by the Steelers defense.

To be honest SG the Giants didn't stop Tom Brady at all. The Ginats contained him, but the Patriots were passing pretty good till the fourth quarter when the Giants finally started getting pressure on him and then thats when Tom Brady started reeling back. SG even if they do stop Larry Fitgerald the Cadinals have Anquan Boldin and Steve Breaston, and like I said in the post before now the Cardinals are running the ball. They run 52% of the time now and that will throw off the Steelers. Kurt Warner strarts doing play action passes and it will look good. As for Linebackers they will freeze on a play action pass causing the Cardinals to get lots of catches of the play action pass.

Ha bob did you watch the super bowl last year??? the giants put pressure on tom brady the whole game not just the fourth quarter. And just because the cardinals are running the ball more it doesn't mean it has been effective. They still struggle running the ball, i think the cardinals are going to rely on the passing game the whole game.

Haha as a Giants fan I was watching the whole game cheesy, and to be honest they didn't start saciking him till late first half and late second half. Cheesy are you kidding me lets think about this why would the Cardinals not be able to run the ball, the Steelers will be to focused on the pass game. So when the Cardianls run those HB draw plays watch those plays go for about 5-10 yards, so that will open up the passing game and then Steelers will be out of it.

that's funny because you're last post said they didn't get pressure until the 4th quarter??... and the fact that brady got sacked five times would mean a lot of pressure but whatever. And why would the cardinals not be able to run the ball... hmmmm... idk maybe because the steelers have the second best run defense in the league! O ya and they're the best pass defense in the league... that's probably why.

Ha you think that means anything in the playoffs. No it doesen't as of now. The Cardinals had one of the worst take away defenses in the regular season, but now in the playoffs I think they have like around 14 take aways. The Steelers can't protect Ben so that means when the Cards get pressure on him and he throws interceptions, then the Cardinals will get the short field. You know what happens when the Cardinals get the short field cheesy. That means the Cardinals will throw touchdown passes to Larry Fitgerald or Anquan Boldin. Also intersting fact of the day. Ben Grahm will be the first Austrailan player to play in the Super bowl for the Cardinals.

Ok bob, the steelers faced one of the best defenses in the league, IN THE PLAYOFFS, in the baltimore ravens. They were known for creating turnovers, putting pressure on the qb, and giving the short field to their offense. Who won? How can you think the cardinals defense will be able just to simply create havoc for the steelers when baltimore couldn't?

Thats one game cheesy, is my theory right all the time no, but its a consesus of what I think will happen. Ben did good for once good for him, but if I remember correctly he had the worst passer rating in NFL history for a winning team of a Superbowl. So it looks like if history repeats itself Ben will rely on the defense to do all the work for him. The Cardinals will have a great day passing the ball and running it, but thats just my opionion.

You just said that having the top ranked defense in the regular season meant nothing in the playoffs, and then the steelers win against a top ranked D in the playoffs and that's only "one time?" Bad passer rating or not the steelers have done this before, yes kurt warner has done this but not with the same group of guys. The steelers have proven themselves which is why i think they'll win.

Hey it doesn't mean anything Cheesy, but you think that the Cardinals are so scared of the pitt defense, fat chance buddy. My point is if the Cardinals are causing turnovers and getting a short field you could have the best defense in the world, but guess what the chances are that the team on short field will get points off the drive.

Cardinals Offense should be scared of Steelers defense with Many Main Guys to there defense, James Harriosn, Troy Polamlu, LaMarr Woodley, Casey Hampton, James Farrior, Ike Taylor, Deshea Townsed, Ryan Clark, Bryant McFadden. That sounds like a kick ass defense right there. and on Offense theres Big Ben, Willie Parker, Hines Ward, Santiono Holmes, Heath Miller, Mewlde Moore, not the best offense but good enought to get it already here, and will win the superbowl.

Great game.....I still dont think the last Arizona play was a fumble but hats off to the Steelers for a great game.
