Upset of the Year????

Ok I thought this was the Upset of the year. People were saying that Utah had no chance at Alabama that they would fall flat on their face. Well don't tell the Utes that they win over Alabama 31-17. Brian Johnson goes for 336 yards passing and 3 touchdown passes. Another great upset this year was actually yesterday too. Ole Miss goes into the Cotton Bowl and stomps on Texas Tech 47-34. Ok guys tell me what do you think was the upset of the year??????

I think the Upset of 2008 has to go to the Giants beating the Pats.

There were alot of goood upsets this year. Its hard to pick on form the other

Giants and Pats really wasn't an upset a lot of people were actually choosing the Giants to beat them. It was from a record point.

i say it was Utah beating Bama in the bowl game after the first quarter it was 28-0! how do you get a lead on a dominate team like bama.

21-0 and the Crimson Tide offensive line was at fault. JPW just fell to the pressure.

I guess i will be the one to say i saw it comin. I picked Utah cause i think they are the better team andf is showed. So what Bama went undefeated in the ragular season. They play in the best conference in college yes but i mean once they lost in the sec championship i knew they were gonna lose their bowl game because they didn't get it done when they needed to. Utah had a great season again and they were the better team and went out and showed it

Dale fine with me. I was rooting for the Utes. I go to their basketball camp every year. Thanks to them I made my high school basketball team, but anyways UTah is one of my favortite teams did I want them to win yes. I had a hint that they were going to win because of what Alabama was doing to prepare for this bowl game. For one they were distracted by the loss of Andre Smith, and secondly, they were mad that they lost to Flordia. Utah was on a giant winning streak, but what I know about UTah's history is that they will rebuilt next year and they will be back in a BCS game in four years. If they make it back next year it will honestly shock the hell out of me.

Same here. They were on a high after winning the Fiesta Bowl in 04' and it took em 4 years with a new coach and a new offense and great new players and Brain Johnoson is a great QB who should be playing on sunday next year

I would love to see Brian Johnson play on Sundays, but having said that he is to small he is 6 feet and 221 pounds. But he might get drafted for his intelligence and for his decision making.

He'll play just might not be as a QB. I think if he can bulk up a little teams could use them in the Wildcat considering alot of teams are adding that in this year after the succes the Dolphins had with it

He could be a quarterback in the WildCat but I don't see him starting I see him being a back up or a third string QB

Well Stuckey is a real Wide out. Smith is a QB turned Wide out. I would think that Stuckey would get more playing time and catch more passes

yah I know Brad Smith was the Qb of MIssouri, but so is Matt Jones he used to be a QB at Arkansas. Yah your right Chansi would get more playing time.

Yea i think part of it was Fred Taylor wasn't very healthy this season. If he had been healthy then the run game would ahve been better and they need to get a good reciever to open up the run game a little more next year
