I think the Pro Bowl picks were really bad this year.

Snubs
Phillip Rivers?
London Fletcher?
Randy Moss?
Calvin Johnson?
Ryan Clady?
Dallas Clark?
Steve Slaton?

Your thoughts on these and other snubs?

This has to be the worst Pro Bowl Roster I have ever seen. Are you serious????? Bret Farve he is a joke this year. 21 touchdowns and 17 picks, the person who should be their is Chad Pennington and Phillip Rivers. Also for running back I think that for the NFC maybe Matt Forte shoud have gotten in maybe. Chris Johnson should have not gotten as the same for Ronnie Brown. But having said that the AFC has been very weak in running back production this year. Dallas Clark just started clicking so its good he isn't in. For the AFC tightend Antonio Gates hasn't done anything, how bout putting in Owen Daniels.

I know, seeing that Antonio Gates made it just makes me sick! He may be the second best TE in the NFL but he hasnt done **** this year.

Yah I know but the problem with the AFC is that Dallas Clark just started hitting his strive and besides him and Owen Daniles the AFC doesen't use the tight ends to much

I would like to say that I think Drew Brees should be starting. Steve Slaton should be there. Screw Ronnie Brown who had one really good game and thats it. Go to hell Brett Favre. Put in Phillip Rivers. Take Deangelo WIlliams in there and Matt Forte. And i could care less about the offenseve linemen

If you liste to most reporters, the pro bowl usually rewards players from the season beofre. it takes about a year to catch up. Unless you just have a blowout season. That's why Patrick Willis got in last year as a rookie.

I'm just saying it seems that if your an offensive lineman and that if you are a starter for a while that you will be going to a pro bowl

Or maybe it is who lets up the least amount of sacks or who has the sickest cut blocks on someone.

Well you need someone to punt the ball, return the kick, and someone to provide coverage on the kick. That is pretty much the only reason why

The fans and coaches decide on the players....thats how the O-linemen and everyone else is elected.

They should have more recievers than four though unless you can't play more than two recievers at a time

no they can still run 4 reciever sets but most of the time they run a basic pro formation of 2 wr, 2 rbs, and a te

They can run wehat ever sets they want. It depends on the person who is coaching the team

Well I mean some teams will run 5 recievers at a time then 3,1,1 or a 2,2,1 so I guess it works .

Well i mean if the coach likes running a West coast offense then you need the Wide Outs. If they perfer a more conservative rushing game then they would want more Running backs and or blockers.

I like the passing game to be honest, but the problem with just passing is your one sided and the defense knows what you are going to do

So do i but you need to ahve a good running game to open up the passing game cause otther teams will expect u to run

Well there are a lot of teams that do that. The Dolphins are doing that this year. The colts have had to do it to some extint even though thye are mainly a passing team.

Yah thats not Addais fault, Peyton could get the other recievers open if he did happen to pass in the backfield more often. I think he hits his fullbacks more than his running backs.

Dallas Clark is Peytons most reliable weapon right now. Since Dallas Clark gets linebackers or safetiys who just can't keep up with him or he is a very good route runner.
