Ok as a Seattle fan this is great because of what they have accomplished. The Thunder have the worst record in the entire NBA why do you think that is? I think that is because their team is very young and not meshing right now. The Thunder inherited the Sonics problems, and some of those problems were that the Sonics drafted poorly ,up until this year, on guys that were just tall and couldn't do anything. Robert Swift has been a bust and he shouldn't even be in the NBA. The French Center we got has been bench warmer his whole career, and Mohammad Sene has been down in the NBA Developental league for quite some time now. My output on this is that the Thunder have a lot of work to do and even though they are selling out all of thier games this year, their will be no way that the Thunder sell out in five years if they continue to play the way they play now. You may think that I am still mad over the loss of the Sonics, but in all honesty I was sick of the Sonics being so inconsistant. The Thunder will be consistant in the fact that they have poor general manageing, they have very bad coaches in a lot of ways, and finally the owner Clay Bennet doesn't know who to get to help his franchise go back up to the top, and he probaly won't ever get there. They will finish last in their conferece this year and for many years to come. Watch the Thunder move out of Oklahoma and to a new location in five years.

Ok so they ahve a few good to decent players in Durant, Green, Westbrooke, Watson and Desmond Mason. They need to build a team up around that and get a good center. Durant is one of the best players in the league and should make the all star team even though he is on a terrible team. They need to go out and try to get some Veterin Leadership on the team and maybe they will play better. Like you notice with the younger teams they bring in a veterin guy and it helps them.

My team Baja was always the Spurs and the Sonics, but since the Soncis left I have rooted for the Trailblazers.

Well the Trailblazers are playing great basketball. But it's just can they come out of the West with how well the Lakers are playing and the Spurs are finally playing up to their potential with everyone back.

The Thunder arent gonna move...even though they have been horrible, the arena has been sold out. the NBA wanted that team there and it would have been the Hornets if not for Katrina.

Ok well then you would have to think about the Bobcats, The Clippers, T-wolves, Grizzles. you would have to move all fo them also cause none of them are playing good...

Yes and Seattle is a perfect play for basketball, all the fans came out and supported the Sonics even though they were losing for the last four years.

Ha thats not how it worked out Dale. The reason the Sonics moved was because the Starbucks owner sold the team to Clay Bennet who was from Oklahoma city and they have wanted a team since Hurricane Katirna hit New Orleans and they had the team for two years. They thought that they could support a team. Wheter they can do that or not is up to the fans of Oklahoma Thunder but after this year Kevin Durant and Jeff Green will leave the thunder and look elsewhere for a better team.

Yea and i know that also. It didn't help that the owner owuldn't get them a new arena which is what they needed to stay. If they give them a new arena then they stay and we dont have the OKC Thunder

Durant isnt going anywhere....The Thunder can give him the most money and hes from the Texas which isnt too far away. PLus everyone is saivng there money for the class of 2010.

It depends on when eh is a free agent and if he is restricted or unrestricted. I think if he is restricted he will eb coming back to OKC if he is unrestricted look at the Knicks trying to sign him to play with Bron

I know he has the chance to get a giant deal because he will be almost as good as Lebron by then and getting better and what he has above Lebron and Kobe is he dosn't have much of a supporting cast so he has to do pretty much all of it on his own.

Lebron was better than Durant was now. You can't compare Durant to Lebron he is just to good. Lebron is the best thing that could have happend to the Cavs and Durant is the best thing for the Thunder. They are at differen leagues

Durant is only in his second season and is still a very young player. As much as we know in a few years he could be as good as Lebron. I'm just saying its possible that in a few years he will be as good as lebron taking his team all the way to the fiansl likes Bron did a few years ago

Thats could be, but having said that the player that needs to get more attention is Chris Bosh. He is averaging 24.5 points a game this year and he is getting no love from people. Its probaly because he plays for Toronto.

Yea well he needs to be consistant. One game he goes out and scores 42 next night he comes out and scores like 10. He can't keep doing this and he is the only real hope in Toront except for Calderon

Thats good because 1. I dont like the Lakers. and 2 They have a tough back to back coming up to Orlando tonight to play a very good Magic team who people are overlooking and saying they arn't an ellit team yet

They aren't an elite team yet, they are a good team, but not an elite team. The Magic are good but their are only one elite team in the west and in the east. The Lakers in the west and the Celtics in the east, they will most likely be playing for the NBA Championship

Well i think the real elliet teams are the Lakers, Cavs, Celtics. These three teams are playing great ball and can go all the way. Now i think these next Three home games will tell us alot bout my Magic cause We have three good Westernconference teams in the Lakers, Warriors then Hornets on Christmas. I think if we cna win these three games then people need to start considering us an ellite team

The Cavs aren't an elite team they are a good team but not an elite team. The elite team on the rise is the Nuggets. With Chauncey Billups they are rising

Bob, The Cavs have showed that they are currently an elite team. Plus I beleive they just defeated your rising elite team in the Nuggets =).

The Cavs, Lakers, and Celtics are elite teams. The team that is curretnly on the rise is the Magic, they are 20-6. They are not on the level of the top three yet, but they are a very good basketball team.

Your right they did beat the Nuggets but you aren't elite until you win an NBA Championship. The Cavs are a very good team right now, but who says they do good in the playoffs. Elite teams do good in the playoffs.

They are an elite team they have won an NBA Championship and they have contended for it. When the Cavs made it that was because the Pistons just didn't even try hard, they weren't prepared at all. The Lakers contended for it last year and fell a little short to the Celtics

I am just basing my argument now on things that you have said....

The Cavs have consistenly won playoff series over the past few seasons. Last season they took The Celtics to a game 7 and only lost by 5.

Last season the Lakers made a nice run to the finals, but what did they do the couple of seasons before that.

How are the Lakers still an Elite Team because they won an NBA championship, that was a while back my friend. So that means that the Bulls and Rockets are elite teams becaue they won titles in the 90's???

BTW....The reason that Cavs made it to the finals a couple of seasons back was not because the Pistons did not come to play. It was because Lebron was unstoppable and took over the entire series. The Pistons could not stop him, plain and simple.

The ellet teams are the Celtics, Cavs and Lakers. The best team after tah on the rise are the magiv who are 21-6 and are on another 4 game winning streak and have two more games in a four game home stand before going ont he road for an easy ga,e vs Minnesota. I think if they can win these next two at home people need to reliece they are an ellet team and will eb a force to be reckond with in the Playoffs

The rockets arn't an ellet team in the Rgular season. They play half decent basketball in the strongest division in basketball then when they make the playoffs just plain out suck cause T-Mac can't win a big game worth ****

The Rockets last year won 20 games in a row which is pretty good. The Celtics are about to snap that. But Nate Robinson yesterday pulled off a really sick dunk against the Celtics.
