I would like CC Sabathia and A.J. Burnett for the Yankees. They need pitching and they are good pitchers. New York has the money and will go out and try and get these players.

I think Theres a chance CC goes there. AJ Burnett isnt that great of a pitche rhe just strikes out alot of guys

Bobby Abreu is one of the most overrated players in the game. He has lost his pop and had always played suspect defense with an above average arm, one of the most lackadasical players ive ever seen play.

I just want the Cubs to get a left handed hitting RF with a little pop, good OBP, and a decent fielder. They have to break up all the right handed bats in the lineup. I think C.C. is gonna end up in SF.

first of all abreu isnt overrated. he always has a 300 average and over 100 rbis. and for my yankees, they need bullpen depth (as always) 3 decent starting pitchers (inlucding sabathia or burnett) and a 1b/dh. the yankees need someone to fill for giambi at dh

NO Richie Sexson is a horrible player. He was good with Cleveland and then he came to the Mariners was good for a couple of years and then he just died

Sexson never played with Cleveland, Bob. He started his career with Milwaukee, then went to Arziona before Seattle.

Ok. Well now we have our first big free agent signings. The Mets sign K-Rod to a three year 37 million dollar deal. So how will this help the mets? can he stay helthy?

This won't help the mets at all and it will problay hurt them down the road. K rod's arm will burn out and run out of gas he isn't worth the money and I think this is a dumb move on behalf of the Mets.

That could happen especialy after what he did this past season. but i thik he will help them only because they have great batting and if they can get to the 9th with a lead they can win

Yea he bounced back and was perfect bu thats only one season. he could be terrible next year. What about the Cubs not taking the deal on Peavy. Kinda stupid if u ask me

as far as im concerned, i dont care who goes to the cubs, there still not going to win the world series. last year, best team in the league, and lose the first round of the playoffs. i dont know if peavy can save the cubs

the problem with the cubs is they dont hace balance and the whole ineup is streaky. What was great about the regualr season is in one guy would slump, two others were hot. I'm hoping they are realizing this and thats why they are trying to build an even better rotation.Great pitching beats streaky hitting in the post season and the Cubs found that out last year.

The Cubs have a great starting pitching rotation and they have a solid bullpen. They have pretty good batting with Aflonso and Derek Lee and Aramis Ramierez but thy would go hot and cold next year and they need to be more consistant

Get a consitant guy like a Manny or someone and they will be good to go. They can mmake a run they just need to make all the pieces work

The Cubs dont have the money to pay another big contract. Thats why the Peavy deal was gonna involve other teams so they could offload a Jason Marquis and trade away Mark DeRosa.

The Yankees I think they needed to go after some hitters because they had good pitching last year and they had some inconsistant hitting which really hurt them down the line

Yea that could help them a little. How bout the Angles offering Mark Texiera an 8 Year deal worth what is said to be up words of 160M. Does he sign with them again or does he end up going to boston or even the Nats

Like the Marlins game on Fourth of July when the two teams put up huge numbers. They were pounding the balls oput of there. He would be good at yankee stadium also if they keep the short Poarchas in Left

I see him going to the Giants. yes he wont do very well and they won't be in contention but they seem to have the best offer for him right now so the Giants get their second big player on the offfseason
