Ok well Basketball season is upon us and i feel like i should give my point of view to you guys to bash.
1. Boston Celtics- They are still the best team in the east but its Closer than people think. They are pretty much the same team as last year just no James Posey but they did get Darius Miles but he is going to be out ten games. They will prolly have the succes they had last year but won do what they did playing that well all season.
2. Clevland Cavs-This team got better over the offseason. They got Mo Williams in that three team trade. Lebron is getting even better which is scary to think aobut. Boobie Gibson is going to contribute alot and Wally will help. Big z will be there to get boards and take up space like normal.
3. Orlando Magic- Ok i know all the Piston fans on here will get on my case and say what ahppens when the Magic play them in the playoffs. Well i dont care. This is a young team that is getting Better. Just like Bron Dwight is getting better which is maybe the scariest thing to think about for people. Hedo and Rashard will both have solid seaosns again and with one year under their belt playign together it will help. Nelson is still an average PG. Picking up Pitrius over the offseason will help with the Defense. Drafting Cpurtney Lee was a good move and hes a great young player. tony Battie is back after missing all of last year. JJ Reddick worked on his D over the offseason and will get some playing time and he is a threat behind the 3 pt line. Lost a few good players but will win the Southeast again.
4. Philidelphia 76ers- Just getting Elton Brand will help them alot. Andre Miller is a good PG and Thaddius young is a nice young compliment to there key players. Andre Ingudala deserves to get more attention for the talent he has. Louis Williams is a good young player commin off the bench and Dalembert is a great center and will fit in fine with them like normal.
5. Detroit Pistons- They are starting to lose a little bit of the dominance. They are getting old and the players will start to slow down some. They have young players comming off the bench and they will eb the face of that team in a few years. They will jsut play like the normal pistons but judt not do as well.
6. Toranto Raptors- I almost forgot aobut them. This is a team that could easily go all the way this year. Bosh with O'neal and Calderon and Parker and Andrea Barngania. this team is going to be scary ot play. Moon isn't that good he can fly and play D though. the Bench needs to play a little better to help them more this year also.
7. Miami Heat- Wade is going to be back and he is his old dominate self like we saw in the olympics. Drafting Beasley will help the Front court. Haslim is a good young player still and if he stays healthy will be important to them. and the Matrix after playing half a seaosn with them will have a great season like always. Him and Wade and Beasley will make that team a contender,
8. Bulls- I expected more out of them last year. Ben Gordon is a beast. Kirk Hinrich is a good point guard. Loual Deng is one of the best young players. Derrick rose will help them alot. Larry Hughes is there and will have an impact. Jokim Noah will do better. Thabo Sefalosha off the bench had a good finsihs to last year will play a big part in the team, Drew Gooden and Tyrus thomas are there and will help alot also. Andres Nocioni will have an impact also
9. Atlanta Hawaks- I still like them as a team to make the playoffs like last year. They ahve Joe Johnson, Acie Law, Maruice Evans, Marvin Williams, Hofford, Bibby and Josh Smith who are all great players. They will have some problems but wont be a door mat like they normaly are.
10. Washington Wizzards- They are the same old wizzards but with out Gilbert for the first month or two will hurt them. Jaminson is hurt also and Buttler and can't carry the team on his back by himself even if he also has Jaminson playing. Stevonson will ehlp some also and so will Nick Young. Haywood is a good big man but they could use and upgrade. If they dont have Arenas for the first two months or more and have to rely on Antoino Daniels again it wont help them much.
11. Bucks- Ok i think they are just on the outside. Its gonna take em some time to get Redd and Jefferson working well together and no Mo Williams will hurt them some at PG. Bogut really hasn't done much after being drafted first i think he could ahve a break out season. Joe Alexander will help the front line alot also.
12. New Jersey Nets- this is goign to be interesting. No Kidd for a full season. No Jefferson. Its Vince Carters team now. The problem is can he stay helathy. Yi will help some and so will CDR and Brook Lopez but they are still oing to be on the outside looking in. Devin Harris is a good young PG but if u saw that video of him playing Street ball eh not so much.
13. Indiana Pacers- This team is going to be really good in a few years. Danny Granger is turning into a dominate force. Roy Hibbert will help them some but with out Jermaine O'Neal they wont be the same. They picked up a few good young players in the draft and in trades in Tj Ford, Josh McRoberts and Jarett Jack. give them a few years and they could be a title contender.
14.New York Knicks- This team is still yea garbage. They didn't do much to help them get better. got Dan'toni as a coach and he will make them runt he ball up and down the court and that could be hard for Curry and Randolph. he dosn't Like Marburry that much and might be using him as a backup insetead of a starter. Daiv Lee is turning into a nice bench player and Nate Robinson iis getting better. Q Richardson had one good year got a big contract and hasn't done anything. Jamall Crawford is a beast and will ahve MVP Numbers like normal but wont get any recognition playing in New York.
15. Bobcats- Uh uh uh yea. This team is good and have good Tallent but can't put it to use. Gerrald Wallace, Jason Richardson, DJ Augustin, Sean May, Adam Morrison. They drafted Emeka Okafor a few years ago but he hasn't done anything. May and Morrison where both out all season last season. Raymond Felton hasn't done much either but if he can step up and play good and the rest of the team can play well hell we might all be surprised.
Now tell me what u think.

Thats a pretty good preview, but I think you are off just a little bit. I don't think the Bulls have enough to make it into the playoffs. I think the Bucks are in real suprise potential. As far as the Pistons go. They are getting old, they've been old. They still did really good last year, and I think it will be the same this year. The Pistons will still be one of the Eastern Powerhouses.

I disagree on the fact that you think that the Washington Wizards won't get in. They happen to be one of those teams that will fight and not go away. The Wizards will make it in not the Bulls.

Even when Gilbert comes back he mgiht not be 100%. Dont forget he missed pretty much all last season tried to come back and got hurt again. This is going to be interesting to see if he can play and be the Arenas of a few years ago. The Bucks are goign to be having some growing pains with all the new players they have they will jsut miss it prolly.

Just because they have four good players dosn't mean they will win. And if Jaminson and Arenas arn't 100% for an extended amount of time then pretty much the whole load is on Buttlers back

I like The bulls this year, have a good Backcourt with Rose, and Gordon. Rose did awesome in the NCAA Tournment last year we need to see if he is NBA Potential. I got him for Rookie of the Year. and Gordon scores 15 + points a game when he starts. and Tyrus Thomas is goin to be good in Power Forward or in Center. he Has speed to get around the bigger guys if he hits his jumpers he can be a big threat.
And you can't forget about Deng and Henrich in Chicago also. Add them in with Gordon, Rose and Thomas then they have a team that is going to be a force.

I think the harlem Globetrotters will win the east. They know how to play with buckets and confetti and no one in the league has a home court advantage wherever they go.

Well i saw them in person when they came to the New UCF arena in March and they almsot lost. It was fun though. They couldn't play in the NBA against smart fundimental basketball

NO they are showmanship don't get me wrong I love the Harlem Globe trotters they are helka of entertaining to watch, but I don't think that they would be good enough to beat any NBA team

Yes well i know its only the pre-season and it dosn't mean much but they look horrible. I went to the game when they came to Orlando to play the Magic and the Magic killed them and in that game out scored them 40-9 in the first. Brown is a great hall of fame coach but only when he gets a good team

Browns still trying to figure out whats a good mix for him. he has been experimenting with lineups all pre-season. As far as the Knicks go Red Aurbach could have come back from the dead to coach that team and wouldnt have won 15 games with them.

And to add to it they ahve Morrison and Augustein commin off the bench. The Knicks are very hpeless. I mean they got a great coach in D'antonia but it will take a few years for him to get that team in possible playoff contention.

yeah i agree with dale, the sonics moved out of there, why would the bobcats move there? if any major city deserves a franchise it should be pittsburgh. pittsburgh fans are great and its a much bigger market than say charlotte. also this would prevent fsn pittsburgh showing cleveland cavaliers games, which in my view is pretty dumb
Ha you think Charlotte is doing good but Charlotte is a mess right now. They layed of 35 team officials and they almost didn't want to have there games on the radio this season due to their money problems. Its hard to believe but right now the Seattle people are putting up money and we are renovating Key Arena right now. As a Seattleite I know Seattle is a perfect city for basketball and by the way Dale we have supported a team for forty years till that dumb ass Clay Bennet came in and screwed us over.

Well sorry for breaking all of Seattle's balls. The Bobcats really need to jsut get a good season going to get some fans to come to their games. I mean look at what the Rays did and now they are selling out the ball park every night. I dont think they cna make the layoffs but atleast play good to get some fans and get some money in for the team

If they wanted more fan support in NC they should have put the team in the raleigh area. They did that in Hockey with the Hurricanes and that team is doing really well. if you put a pro team in the middle of Tar heel, Blue Cevil and Wolpack country that all three college team fans could get behind that'd be magical.

Sorry Dale and Seattle haters out there we are getting a team really soon and the whole city is happy to see that. But I think that Seattle should retire the name Sonics and change it to a new name.

ok so once it dosn't happen what do u expect me to say? And If Wallace and Richardson listen and the supporting cast decideds to play well then they could be last years Hawks.

No way they make the playoffs this year. Or even finish ninth. I think over the offseason the east got stronger and it will be a little bit harder to make the playoffs.
