I think its a great move for the Phins. They needed a WR real bad cause Bess and Ginn Jr aren't going to cut it. Marshall gives them a go to guy for a young QB in Hene and i think it helps them. now in the draft they need to adress the defense maybe go with a olb or a big DE thats very athletic and can help them in more ways than one
