UFC 108

To me this seems like a horribly weak card with Evans vs T. Silva as the main event and Dos Santos vs Yvel as the co headliner. I wanted to get some opinions on it so have at it guys.

PS: JC great fantasy football final Berrian made me major league nervous!

Would this have been Evans vs. Rampage?

.....Evans/Rampage would have been UFC 107 that was headlined by Penn & Sanchez. I think its going to be a decent card Baja's mom and I are going to order it......

I think the Rashad Evans v Thiago Silva is worth of headlining a card. Both guys only have one career loss coming against Lyoto Machida who is currently the Light Heavyweight champ. Winner of this match is probably going to fight the newly un-retired Rampage Jackson. The Dos Santos- Yvel matchup somebody is going to get KTFO'd. But the actual co-main event is Hazlett v Daley. Hazlett is a submission machine and last minute replacement for an injured Carlos Condit. Daley is a feared striker and KO'd Martin Kampmann to knock Kampmann down from the #1 contender in the 170 lb division. This card on the surface doesnt look all that attractive but come Saturday night I think it will be better than people think!

I'm also a big Sam Stout fan because he's a hometown boy and he always puts forward a great fight. I don't like the matchup Laugon's ground game presents him though.
