Well thats about it the Steelers are going to win the divison again, to much defense for any of those teams to handle. Browns will struggle with Brady Quinn has qb. Joe Flacco will have a good year, and Carson Palmer should bounce back and have a nice year. CHad Ocho Cinco needs to step up and be the reciever he was backwhen he was in his prime.

I think the Bengals could surpsie some peopel this year. Chad Ocho Cinco will have a better season and Carson Palmer is now healthy. They got a few guys in the draft who can fill in for Stallworth and the Browns won't be as good as them. oh and if u didn't read my blog watch out for Cedric Benson who was effective for them int he little time he was with them last year
