According to Ken Rosenthal of Foxsports.com, the Phillies have reached agreement on a trade that would bring them left-hander Cliff Lee and outfielder Ben Francisco from the Indians for Class A right-hander Jason Knapp, Class AAA right-hander Carlos Carrasco, shortstop Jason Donald and catcher Lou Marson.

This makes 2 things official.

1. Phillies won't fish for Halladay anymore

2. Indians won't be a threat in the AL Central for a while.
