I think it was a bang bang play but it was clear on REPLAY that he was safe. The ump was semi blocked by the catcher and prolly couldn't see that he was safe. This is where the MLB really needs to think about making their instant replay system better to go back and review a play like that that ended up costing the Twins a chance to win the game
