I think that all of these were great moments in his carrer and its hard to pick just one. I think leading the Titans to their first superbowl was possibly the biggest here but also being the number 3 pick and finishing third in hesiman voting out of Alcorn St is just a huge accomplishment in its self.

It has to be leading the Titans to a Superbowl. That is a great accomplishment for anyone to make the Superbowl. It sucks that he ended up losing the Superbowl by one yard, but it's great to make the Superbowl.
