I'm going to take the Steelers in this one. But I think it's going to be a hell of a game. Gotta swing the terrible towel for this one.

Ok well i would like to start off with saying dam. I will go with the Cards in this one though. I know the Steelers have the best defense in the NFL but that offense in Arizona is clicking at the right time. Their defense has been playing good also in the playoffs and i think tht helps them and they had big wins over a good Atlanta team a great Panthers team and a dam good Eagles team

I'm a giant fan of the NFC and have always been. I always choose the NFC team. The Arizona Cardinals looked really good at the NFC Championship game. I think the Cardinals win by 7. I think the score is 21-14. Arizona wins by Larry Fitzgerald going for over 100 yards recieveing and their defense continues thier hot streak by sacking and causing turnovers for the Steeelers.

Steelers will just be too much for arizona to handle. Don't sleep on pittsburgh's offense either. Yes arizona has the "sexy" offense right now but the steeler's offense will punch you in the mouth.

I like the fact Cheesy used "sexy" in his post. I honestly have no dog in this fight...i just like the storylines. ken Wisenhunt, The OC for Bill Cowher gets passed over for the Steelers Job for Mike Tomlin. Goes to Arizona and takes his team to the Super Bowl 2 years later to face Tomlin's Steelers. Plus you have Larry Fitzgerald who went to Pitt talking on the Steelers.

Yah exactly Larry and Anquan are the best reciever tandem in the league. Kurt like I said before is overrated and has the best recievers. It must be nice to throw a dump pass off and get 20 yards.

i like the steelers in this super bowl. look i know that arizona's offense seems to be unstoppable, especially larry fitzgerald. but, if there is a team in the league that can stop it, its pittsburgh. also, the cardinals havent played a team a physical as the steelers during their run. steelers are going to knock them in the mouth and the cardinals wont know what hit em. i think itll be 31-14 steelers

haha bob how is kurt warner overrated?!?! Yes fitzgerald is a beast but that doesn't make everyone else bad. Jim johnson tried throwing everything and the kitchen sink at warner sunday and warner handled it like a true veteran. Johnson tried every blitz scheme and nothing worked.

Oh come on Cheesy if you were in his spot you could throw for 300 yards a game. I'm just saying that Kurt Warner has been gifted to play with some of the best recievers the game has to offer. Even in St. Louis he did he played with Holt and Issac Bruce.

I've got the Steelers in an easy pick. This Super Bowl is gonna suck though. It's gonna be like Super Bowl XL all over again. Maybe even worse, cause this years Cardinals aren't as good as the Seahawks were. And not to mention that most of these current Steelers played on the Super Bowl team. They've been there and know what to expect. The Cardinals have never been close to going to a Super Bowl, and before this year, they hadn't done anything worth talking about since they left Chicago.

Steelers over Cards at the SB. Steelers are going to bring the blitz on Kurt Warner while they keep Fitzgerald maintained keeping him to a low amount of yards and catches.

ha bob you're crazy if you think anybody can just walk into arizona and throw for 300 yards. This isn't st. louis. this isn't the greatest show on turf. Give Warner some credit because without him i guarantee you they're not playing february first.

Bolden was benched for most of the Game against the Eagles so i dont think he would be in the game as much as he usually is in.

the cardinals "apparent" running game will not show up in tampa. And when that happens, Pittsburgh is going to have a field day against warner and the offensive line.

The Steelers will be to busy trying to stop the pass game that Arizona will get a few big runs of 5 or more yards other than that they're done.

So the Steelers stop the passing attack but not the running attack of the Cardinals. And you think that will benefit the Cardinals? Am i the only one that realizes that if you stop the Cardinals passing attack, you stop the Cardinals. And let's not forget that Steelers offense is a pretty good one. It may not be the best, but it's still good enough to compliment the defense. I think the real question is can the Cardinals D stop the Steelers Wheels? Or will they just be stuck in the middle?(I really only expect the older guys to get that joke)

Yep its easy if I have Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Bolden at 100 percent then I think I have an excelent shot at winning the Superbowl. I also think that the Cardinals defense will step up and cause lots of turnovers for the Steelers.

i honestly don't thing that Fitzgerald can get past Troy Polamalu, Ryan Clark, Ike Taylor and the rest of the Steel Curtain.

But that's a very big if. The steelers d can put pressure on almost every team in the league and i don't see how arizona is any different.

the eagles tried to blitz warner. and their one of the best in the league in doing that, and warner just threw it to fitzgerald, in single coverage, and burned them

Steelers D is better. And they'll have a better gameplan to stop fitzgerald. Well not stop, but contain. They have two weeks to prepare. The cardinals aren't going to throw anything new at pittsburgh, all the steelers need is right in front of them.

i agree with you cheesy i think the steelers will have a better gameplan, but i dont think arizona isnt going to throw something new at them. they tried a trick play against philly and it scored a touchdown. i think they might put in a flea flicker or some kind of trick play to use agianst the steelers d

right i think they'll do that too but that's not really new. The cardinals have run trick plays throughout the playoffs so the steelers should be expecting that.

Steelers had the best Defense this year and the Steelers need to blitz Farrior Harrison Woodley( University of Mich BABY) and Foote (another University of Mich) and hit Warner before he throws the ball to Fitz or Bolden. and i dotn think Fitz can get past Polamlu, Clark, Ike, and Deshea Townsend. And Steelers need to beable to run Willy Parker against the Cards. and Big Ben cant make any Mistakes or the Cards DBs/Safteys will do what they did against the Panthers. and the steelers will come on top.

Big ben's not going to have nearly as many mistakes as delhomme did. And mcnabb showed us that you can have an awful first half, and still have a chance of winning the game against arizona.

Yah but the problem with Ben is that he holds on to the ball to much since he has gotten into the league he has been sacked 194 times. Now that is a lot, that includes postseason and regular season.

yeah but he couldve been sacked alot more times than 194 or whatever it was. when the pass rush gets to him, he is an escape artist and can make a big play out of it

Ha uh no duh bob if there's two guys hanging on ben he'll go down. arizona's not going to get that kind of pressure on him though.
