he doesn't say there will be a rookie pay scale, but there won't be a pay scale for a few more years until the collective bargaining agreement expires.

The bottom line is the rookies are getting payed way more than the experienced veterans are who have proven themselves.

the rookies force the teams to sign them to big deals. just like J-russell
