Hes prolly going to be makeing it the Tennesse 2 Now. Lol. No this is a bad thing for the bucs. They ahd a great D cordinator now they are screwed

Thats like a demotion if you ask me. He is joining Lane Kiffen's staff for what reason??? He is in my mind the second best defensive coordinator next to Steve Spagnolo of the Giants. Speaking of coordintors the CHargers need to get rid of Norv Turner and put him in as a coordinator.

yah he's a good coordinator and he isn't a very good coach just like Norv Turner.

Yea i agree there. He did good in his first few season but then this year went down the drain

The only season he did good in was last year when they went 10-6. He is not a very good coach and should stick with being a coordinator.
