This team is young and talented. They have the piece to be a sucsessful team in the NBA. joe Johnson and Mike Bibby at the guards and Horford at center that team is a force to be reckoned with. I thought they would do good just not this good

on your east conferece preview you made it sound like the hawks were bad dale.you said the bobcats can be this years hawks. if i were the bobcats i would want to be this year hawks.

I said they could be but they wont. the Hawks are a good team. They can beat Boston this year if they ahve to face them in the playoffs again

Yah I honestly thought that the Celtics last year would sweep the Hawks because of how good the Celtics were playing. THe Hawks were new to making the playoffs and when they took the Celtics to game seven it had to build their confidence coming into this season. I think that losing Josh Childeres hurt the Hawks because of his energy and what he can do

Well then they gaind someone just like hi in Mo Evans. But now the Hawks are startting to Faulter a little biit losing a few of their past games.

Yah the Hawks started out playing a lot of weak teams in the East and now that they are playing better competition they are finding out they are not as good as they thought they were. But saying that I don't get the reason why the Spurs are doing so badly. Is it because of Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli out it might be. When I saw the Spurs play the Heat this year there offense had nothing going for them. They were playing shotty defense and they just had no offense what so ever. I thought the Spurs gave up on that game at the end of the first quarter. They had no desire to win and thats what hurts as being a Spurs fan.

call me crazy but i think the eastern conference is the better conference this year. right now 4 teams are playing great basketball along with other .500 teams. i dont think the west is that strong other than the lakers.

Yah the eastern conference for now is better. The west is not played up to the best of their potential and the thing that is killing the western conference is the fact that they have the Oklahoma Thunder, which by the way is the worst team in the league and I am damn proud of it. The eastern conference has more teams over 500 this year.

The East has more youg talent while the West has the more established stars. Most of the teams in the West are just waiting to get to the playoffs. The eatern guys are trying to make statements.

apparently bob you dont watch the nba or you dont know what teams are in the east and west.lets see who the west has kobe,T mac,yao ming,ron artest,melo,nash,stoudmire,chris paul,deron williams,carlos boozer,parker,manu,duncacn,durant,baron davis,,dirk,billups.

Jason Richardson and Wallace in the top thirty players I don't see that in Jason Richardson right now, but as in Gerald Wallace he is very good and should be in the discussion of the top thirty players

I mean look at what J-rich did in Golden ST. He helped them make it to the playoffs a few years ago and then beat the number one seed Mavs whihc is why i think hes in the top thirty. Gerald Wallace can help a team make the playoffs if he gets put around some then he could still average a good 15-20 points a game 7 boards and 6 ast and a few blocks and steals

I mean the Bobcats have good players but they just cant manage to play together and do well. Right now i think if Larry Brown can find a good combo starting then they could win some games

Yah true but lets be honest Larry Brown hasn't stayed more than like three or four years with a franchise for whatever reason. SO when the Bobcats start going he will leave that franchise

I have a feeling they brought him in just to get that team going. I mean they wernt very good under Bernie Bickerstaff and now they arn't doing very well under Brown. If they start winning games then he will leave and they will bring in a terrible coacha nd suck even worse

Gerald Wallace now I would consider a veteran of the league. He has been around the block now. I think if they could get like a Shane Battier of a player or like a James Posey they could start clicking

Battier might go there because of the Duke- North Carolina connection. The Bobcats are trying to build a stronger fan base by having local players on their teams. Their isnt a more rabid college basketball area than North Carolina with as many teams that are constantly in the NCAA tourney than the State of North Carolina. Between UNC,Duke,Wake Forest, NC State,UNC-Charlotte, UNC-Wilmington, and Davidson....what other state can boast that.

Yea Duke is considered the outside school of North Carolina because all the people from North Carolina go to North Carolina and people from other states go to Duke

The ones in NOrth Carolina are pretty much all from North Carolina but from Duke they get the guys from out of state and from around the country

Bottomline is thaqt they won't win eight or nine games for a while and Rich Rodriguez won't be there to see the program do it because next year he will rpobaly win four or five games and then get fired next year

How about Baylor I think they have popped out of nowhere and now they are ranked which is pretty impressive for them. The first time in their program they are ranked.
