Whos been watchin this years world series. how about those phills yesterday with a walk off infield hit. and about those rays on game 2 win. who do you think will win and in how many games?

This series has been horrible officiating wise, no way they should have even started that inning. Almost seems like Bud didnt want any rain shortened controversy, it wasnt like it was any worse for the bottom of the 6th as for the top. Is it me or is Bud Selig one of most shaddiest people youve ever seen. There would have been no problem to suspend it after 5 innings, even after 25 years Philly wouldnt have want it that way anyway, even though I dont think they would rain shorten a World Series game, and we get shafted by losing Hamels. MLB needs to use their head, weather forecasts questioned wheather they would get the game in, they should have just postponed the game based on the importance of the game alone. Its starting to feel like the Fog Bowl all over again.

He jsut dosn't want to see one of the games get shortend and all the little baby rays fans getting pissed and saying that the umps jsut caleld the game cause they were scared or some stupid ****. I mean the conditions were horrible and if they knew it was going to be bad later in the game why not jsut not start the game in the first place?

its the world series. if its not raining at first pitch, they are going to start the game regardless of the forecast. just like in game 4 they didnt start until 10 at night and it didnt end til 1 in the moring. but we are going to see some entertaining baseball because of this. never before in a game of this magnitude has the situation been like this. how will the managers manage? who will pitch? who will pinch it? overall im glad this happened. were getting to see a first in baseball history

Well all we can do is sit back and try to watch the Game. The Phillies should pull it off cause they have a better bull pen and better Pinch Hitter's coming off the bench

I will remeber it for Philidelphia winning its first major championship in all major sports in 25 years and 100 years total for all the teams

WOW, I have never seen so many people in 1 area in all my life. There must have been close to 2 million people at the parade. I guess thats what 25 years of waiting will do to a city. Cant wait for the repeat!!! It was the 1st championship that I could celebrate and actually remember.

Repeat that would be something. I don't think it will happen because Boston and New York Yankees are getting way better. The Rays I think will be on the decline.

Well CO think about this I am looking at this like the Detroit Tigers. The Tigers like the Rays were really bad and they made the World Series and then we thought that the Tigers would be back and doing well and they haven't. I think the Rays will make a run but will they make it every year probaly not. Thats all I am saying

The difference bewteen the Tigers and The Rays was that the Tigers were an older team that was put together to make a run and they did. The Rays dont have a starting player over 30 other than Pena who i think is right at 30.

The Tigers meesed them selves up Trading for Willis. They got a great player in Cabrea but they shouldn't have taken Willis. He is usless to their team and they should just release him cause hes garbage

Miguel Cabbrera is not a great player at all, Miguel is good but not great. He had a let down season from last year. Dontrelle is done release him he has no value to your team. All he does gets injured for the year

All he does is wallk guys and wallk more guys then gives up a hit to clear the bases. He can't pitch any more. Cabbera is a guy who can hit 40 HR's and drive in 150 any year as long as hes not hurt. Hes going to have a better year next year just watch

I expect him to have a better season than he did last year it was not what I thought it would be. Normally going from the N.L. to A.L peoples numbers drop because the pitchers talent are better in the A.L. Like Adrian Beltre for example he had 48 homeruns in 2005 and then when he came to the Mariners he fell off.

beltre's 48 was a fluke...he had never come near that before or since. he's a prime example of what a player can do in his walk year.

Yea. I mean Cabrea had a very soild season but the pitching sucked and so did the rest of the team which didn't let them make the playoffs. He will bounce back and if he needs to he could be their DH.

Yea but lets be honest I don't think that Adrian Beltre did sterioids because he really hasn't changed body mass at all. Now Brett Boone on the other hand had to do steroids he had like thirty two homers in 2001 and hasn't hit twenty ever since
