Very true, no title changes but the smarks out there figure since there was two major ones the last PPV they need to continue to build those champions. I really dont see Jericho, Triple H or Hardy dropping the gold for the rest of the year to be honest.
I think the mid-card titles will change between now and January but not the world titles. Even though Id like to see HHH lose his but they dont have anyone ready to run as champion right now on Smackdown with Edge still out and Big Show feuding with Taker.

When are they going to have Jeff Hardy win it all for Smackdown, I mean he has won every little title there is IC champ European champ Hardcore Champ Light Heavyweight champ not to mention the many tag team titles he has won. Oh well but why would WWE have Matt Hardy win Matt is no way better than Jeff.

WWE never gives Jeff Hardy "the ball" because they are afraid he will run into a problem which he sadly always has a habit of doing. The other reason why they haven't given him the strap is to keep building the "so close, yet so far" storyline they have done (Randy Orton vs. Jeff Hardy - Royal Rumble 2008, Championship Scramble Match - Unforgiven 2008, Triple H vs. Jeff Hardy - No Mercy 2008) where I can see them saving the title change to Jeff Hardy till a big moment aka Wrestlemania 25.
Ive met Matt and Jeff a few times living here in NC and only 30 minutes from them. Jeff has more in-ring talent than Matt, but Matt lives and dies for the WWE. Jeff has all the ability in the world, but he has so many outside intrests, he loses focus sometimes. I'm glad to see him redediate himself to the ring considering all he went through with the fire that burnt his house down and killed his dog also in the process. But Matt amazes me. He has done nothing but bust his ass for the WWE and takes on any challenge head on. Don't forget, Matt got fired a couple years back and worked his way back in. He is more over with the crowd than just about anyone else on the roster. I'm glad they gave him the ECW title to reward him for all his hard work and desire.

yah I think that is all sweet and all but another thing I don't get is why in God's name doesn't have a finshing move I mean the only move he does to win is a roll up pin and that is really lame if you ask me.

I think Bob is implying how Triple H defeated Jeff Hardy with a roll-up rather then using the pedigree. Reason behind that is they didn't want to "bury" Jeff, they want to keep this storyline of "so close, yet so far." Jeff was once again so close to winning the WWE Championship but "couldn't get the job done"...yet.
I'm telling you Jeff Hardy will win the WWE Championship @ Wrestlemania 25.
I think the point of him not having a finisher is to make him look extra sneaky and lucky when he wins. You have to remember, his character is supposedly a fan who won the IC title in a fluke win over Umaga. In time, Im sure they will give him one, but right now he's just supposed to be lucky instead of good i guess.

I love Santino....Id love to see him and the Old Jericho feud....the new serious jericho isnt as fun. Santino vs. Cena would be cool too because as much as Cena annoys me, he is good on the mic.

yah but when Santino talks on the mic no one harldy understands what he says. When he went to Seattle last week that hurt so bad man he said he was trying to be more American and adopt a basketball team I knew right there in then it was the Oklahoma Thunder. Boy that wasn't the best place to do that. WWE is retarted in that point that was uncalled for if you ask me.
