Well soon we will have all the normal sports but Baseball and racing back. Basketball season is only 36 days away which means training camps will be starting soon and then we have the preseason. So looking at what your team has done over the off season how do you think they will do this year?

I like what the bucks are doing but then again they had a lot of high expectations for last year too and they got like 26 freaking wins. I'm excited to see jefferson and ridnour along with redd bogut and alexander but i'm not going out on a limb quite yet... lets see if hammond and skiles know what they're doing
Dont worry Bob, if they need to get younger that means they gots mad experience and experience can go a very long way. Hopefully my Sixers can make the playoffs with a winning record unlike their last 2 postseason trips.
I hope so Wally because I mean the Spurs have a tendency to take a year off. I mean they seem to do better every other year, if that is the case this year I don't know but every other year they win the NBA Championship. Is it a possibility that they will absolutely. Do I see it happening no because due to the fact that the Spurs are getting older and slower. We can't compete with New Orleans or with LA. They are just to old but watch the Spurs make the Western Conference Finals and then get decimated by the LA Lakers again.

The Spurs are still the Spurs. They will have a soild season and be one of the top three teams in the Western Conference like normal. The Sixers wally got really good during the offseason and have a chance to be one of the top 5 teams in the Easter conference. They still have to prove they can beat the pistons and The Celtics and prolly the Cavs and the Magic.

88 is right, Sixers are a very good team, but they just aren't in the same league with the 2 big eastern powerhouses. They have faced the Pistons just about every year in the playoffs, but they can never beat them, and if they can't beat the Pistons, they can't beat the Celtics. So Wally, your Sixers will no doubtly make the playoffs with a winning record, but they are just gonna lose in the 1st or 2nd round, depending who they face.

I know i'm right. Just getting Elton Brand alone made the 76ers one fo the bet teams in the East and maybe event he NBA. Put him with one of the top young players in the game in Ingudala and then they got some depth with Maurice Spheights from Florida in the Draft. Dalembert is one of the best Centers in the game. They got Andre Miller at PG and he is a soild veterin player.

Yea umm i ahve one question here. Why dont you have the magic in the playoffs? They have a great team and getting Courtney Lee int he draft is just going to make us better. Hedo and Rashard have a year under their belts playing together and will do even better. Howard is the best big man in the game right now. the only questions are at PG with Nelson. They will amke it before the Hawks and Bucks for sure and prolly will win the Southeast division again.

whoa whoa whoa... why aren't detroit and boston going to do as well this year? I give you that boston doesn't have james posey on their team anymore but if i remember correctly they still do have 3 some what good basketball players on their team. They have rajon rondo who is becoming a stud, and a solid kendrick perkins down low. Don't be hating on the celtics just because of posey.
I just mean i dont expect them to go through and rape everyone and win as many games as they did last year. They will miss Posey some but not a whole bunch. They wont be going to the finals cause teams got a chance to play them and know how to play them now. The Pistons are getting old. They need to bring in some new younger players. They got rid of Flip and i think that he was one of the best coaches in the league and they will just be learning the new system this season

Yea they got a few young players but they need more than two or three to be able to hang with the teams that are getting younger. They have alot of talent still yes but they still need to get a little bit younger. If they can do that then they are the best team no questions asked even better than Boston in the Eastern Conference

I think that the Celtics are getting to old now. Last year was there great run but now they won't make it back to the NBA Finals. THey lost there best bench player in James Posey to the Hornets.

Yea no doubt they wont make it back this year. They are getting a little old and they didn't help them selves much over the offseason. I think the Eastern Conference will come down between the Magic, the Pistons and the 76ers this season

Dont forget about Boobie gibson. yes they have some talent but not enough cause Lebron will do most of the scoring and Wally will do the rest with Gibson doing the last big most likely. Big Z really is getting slow and not going to be able to keep up with the Dwight howards and Rasheed Wallaces and Jason Maxiell.

Thats just Ben Wallace. There are many great big men in the Eastern Conference who can score and play Defense. Wallac is just going to be there and to take up a little bit of space as the back up C or starting Power Foward like he should ahve been before

Isn't that what the Bulls just did? They gave him this huge ass contract and he didn't do jack **** for them so they gave him to the Cavs. The Cavs gave up Drew Gooden who isn't that bad of a Power Foward along with Larry Hughes to get him. That was just getting rid of two good players to get one bad player

Lets see ehre West hasn't done much of anything after he was drafted by the Celtics from Saint Joes. Wally can score yes but other than that hes not going to bring alot to your team. They have Gibson who should be playing over West cause Gibson can play and he can score and he can help their team win like he did in the Eastern Conference finals a few years ago when he went of for 33 points on the Pistons

Yah thats true but I like what I saw In J.J Hickson and you know what he will probaly dominate as a rookie this year because he was that good in preseason and in the summer league thats just my opionion.
